1985 Honda V45 Sabre
$3,4951985 Honda V45 Sabre,
1985 Honda V45 Sabre- V-Four Powered!!! Here is a super clean bike, a model that we don’t see every day!! The V45 Honda Sabre! V, because it has a V-Four engine, 45, because a 750 cc engine is 45 cubic inches. The V45 Sabre was introduced in 1982, {This one is a 1985}. It shared its V-Four engine design with the Magna and Interceptor. The V4 engine combined the high-revving power of an in-line four cylinder with the narrow width of a v-twin. The 90-degree angle of the V also gives the engine perfect primary balance. The Sabre is Shaft drive. This one has the super hard to find passenger backrest that has been added to it. These backrests were only available though Honda parts departments, and have been long discounted. The Sabres, especially the V45, are technology showcases for Honda. Not only do they feature revolutionary water-cooled, DOHC, 90-degree-V four-cylinder engines, but they also feature hydraulically actuated, one-way clutches, “TRAC” (Torque Reactive Anti-Dive Control), anti-dive front suspension, Pro-Link rear suspensions, and electronic speedometers and tachometers. It even has a center stand!! These bikes are extremely rare, at least in this condition!! This one still has the stock factory paint, in great condition. Stock original seat, bars, and pipes. It is a clean one!! We did just install a new rear tire on it, it has been fully serviced, and it is ready to ride!!!
